CENTRAL FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where can I learn about a CNMG product?

Use the product pages in this Knowledge Centre. Each page explains the product, confirmed features, onboarding guidance, FAQs and support routing.

Where can I find current prices, fees or commissions?

Only published or formally approved commercial terms should be quoted. Do not rely on estimates, screenshots, old campaigns or unpublished figures. Where terms are not publicly confirmed, contact the appropriate commercial or support function.

I need help getting started. Who should I contact?

Use the Support Centre contact router. It will direct onboarding enquiries to the appropriate CNMG function without requiring a direct CEO enquiry.

I have a technical problem. Where should it go?

Technical problems should normally go to Technical Support. Include the product name, what you were trying to do, what happened and any useful error message or screenshot.

I have a payment, subscription or payout issue. Who handles it?

Payment and account-related commercial matters should normally go through Support or Finance, depending on the issue.

How do institutions discuss partnerships with CNMG?

Normal institutional and commercial partnership enquiries should go to Business Development. Major strategic, government, investment or non-standard agreements may require senior-management or CEO approval.

Who handles expansion into another country?

Country-expansion enquiries should be routed through the international expansion or senior-management process before commitments are made. Country representatives should not independently promise market entry, exclusive rights or unapproved commercial terms.

When should an enquiry reach the CEO?

CEO or senior-management involvement is appropriate for major strategic agreements, investment or equity discussions, important government matters, country-entry approval, exceptional commercial commitments and other decisions outside approved operating authority.
